Since I have began to exercise on a regular basis I have loved my training sessions with Gerrard. I have found him friendly, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable in his work as my personal trainer.
For some time now, I have been suffering from lower back pain which has inhibited me from progressing fitness wise. As a busy mother in my early forties and owner of my own business time is always in short supply, I see Gerrard once / twice a week and when I don’t see him I try to squeeze in a couple of runs as a way of keeping fit and trim.

My weekly sessions take place at home which not only is convenient but means there are no excuses! The sessions with Gerrard are on targeted areas and so no two sessions are ever the same. They are always challenging and enjoyable. He not only deals with the physical aspect of training but also helps with the mental attitude towards exercise and a healthy lifestyle. He is an expert in his field and he really knows what he is talking about. I have found his advice invaluable, with his help I have maintained a toned and healthy physic and my flexibility and posture have improved. I used to be 12 and a half stones. Now I’m 8 and a half!
At all times I have found him to be very reliable, his time keeping impeccable; he is articulate and communicates well. Gerrard is honest, courteous with a good sense of humor thrown in and always very professional.

I have been training with Gerrard since October 2008. Although the training sessions are challenging, I do enjoy them and find them very beneficial. We have been working on over all conditioning and almost a re-hab for my knees after several surgeries. I find that I can do a lot more with my knees than I have for a very long time. They are much more stable and tracking the way they should be. I can enjoy playing games or sports with less of a risk of injury. Gerrard is very knowledgeable about how the body works and is connected and therefore knows which muscle needs to be worked and by what intensity. Along with the overall better conditioning on my body, I find that I have more energy to get through the day. The fatigue that can hit late afternoon has gone away and I do not feel a need for a “pick me up” coffee at that time. Gerrard changes the type and style of the exercises all the time so that I do not get bored and my body cannot get into a routine by performing the same exercises over and over. I look forward to continue my training with Gerrard and all of its benefits.

I would highly recommend training with Gerrard! I noticed results after the first month, and have continued to lose inches off my waist and hips. I am extremely happy with the results. My clothes fit better than they ever have, I am not constantly worrying about having the dreaded “muffin top” anymore. Gerrard’s workouts are tough but also fun! I started training with Gerrard in January of 2011. I am an avid runner and was ready for a change in my workouts. I wanted to tone my body and work different areas that I wasn’t working with running. Gerrard’s workouts were amazing. He always changed it up and kept us working hard and pushing our limits. Within a short time, I noticed a difference. My body was changing for the better and my times during my runs were improving. Unfortunately, we moved back to the U.S. in June but I took what I learned with me. This past August I did a personal best in a 7mile run I do in the US…I ran it in 46:32! I am gearing up for the Chicago Marathon right now in October and I have threatened to maybe skype in some workouts beforehand. Gerrard is a fantastic trainer and a very caring individual as well.
